RCB is an outgrowth of a 20 year old company H2 Constructions. When Principal John Hargrave migrated to Cincinnati it was his vision to offer the same level of quality and service that was offered to Delaware, D.C., Baltimore and Virginia. Now having the ability to combine the resources from H2 Constructions with our new company, RCB Constructions, we are uniquely positioned to bring a fresh dynamic company to the Tri-State area.
